The proposed plantings will be installed by hand without use of heavy equipment or machinery adjacent to bluff. The project will thus have a beneficial, restorative effect on the adjacent bluff ecosystem and can be implemented in conformance with the permit standards set forth by Section 111-9 of the Town Code. Specifically, the project is reasonable and necessary;will not cause an increase in erosion to the proposed or adjacent sites;and prevents adverse impacts on the adjacent natural protective features and their functions and protective values. 617.20 Appendix B Short Environmental Assessment Form Instructions for Completing Part I-Project Information. The applicant or project sponsor is responsible for the completion of Part 1.Responses become part of the application for approval or funding, are subject to public review, and may be subject to further verification. Thus, the project will not cause an increase in erosion to the proposed or adjacent sites and will help to prevent adverse impacts on the adjacent natural protective features and their functions and protective values, consistent with Chapter 111 of the Town Code and with Policy 4.
