Cutchogue, NY SCTM# 1000-97-03-20.2 October 8, 2016 Please find attached a revised plan of the finished room over the garage at the above named premises. The original application for an "as-built" permit showed this room as a finished "bonus room" which constituted a fifth bedroom which required an extensive upgrading to the septic system. At the advice of the Building Inspector the owners preferred to remove the doorway and wall section from this space making it open and an extension of the hallway rather than a separate room.
