Greenport,NY 11944 Re;Heating Equipment On 8/17/161 inspected the heating equipment at the 56525 North Rd.address.Burt's Reliable has serviced this since at least 1995.The owners have always maintained a service contract with Burt's and the unit has been serviced regularly.The most current PM service was performed today 8/17/16 and the unit is in good working order.Burt's has also replaced the heating equipment over time. 2/23/2000—Burt's replaced the existing oil tank with anew 275 gallon oil tank in the basement.A new oil line and fill and vent lines were new at this time also. 9/3/2009—Burt's replaced the old boiler with a new Peerless cast iron boiler with new Riello oil burner, and new controls and circulators. 6/23/2010—Burt's removed the existing water heater and installed a new 35 gallon Burnham Alliance indirect water heater. Unfortunately after speaking with my boss he informed me you would need either stamped architectural plans or a letter from an architect or engineer stating what was done and certifying the work was done per NYS Building Code. Also you were asking about the roof deck and we show a C of 0 for a roof deck from 1998. Feel free to give me a call or stop in with any questions.
