WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and of er valuable consideration
w! vpaid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of he second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second,part forever,

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel oV land, situate,
lying and being izAe at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
/ State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the northeasterly corner of the premises about to be
conveyed herein, said point of beginning being South 4 degrees 2',i minutes
DISTRICT 10 seconds West, 125. 75 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the
1000 northeasterly corner of the property now or formerly of Amari and the southerly
side of North Road, which point is about 1380 feet westerly along said southerly
SECTION side of Middle Road, from said point of beginning, running South 4 degrees
o550,0 29 minutes 10 seconds West, 150 feet to a point ; North 85 degrees 30 minutes
50 seconds West , 293.27 feet to a point and land of Sievers;
BLOCK RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Sievers North 4 degrees 29 minutes
02o0 10 seconds East , 130 feet to a point ;
LOT RUNNING THENCE along other lands of Vito Amari and Theresa Amari , his wife, the
Oofollowing three courses and distances:
1 . South 85 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds Last, 140 feet ;
2. North 83 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds East, 105. 19 feet ;
3. South 85 degrees 30 minutes 50 seconds East, 50.0 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to a 50 foot right of way running parallel along the easterly side of said
premises for the benefit of the premises immediately to the South. Together with
a right of way over a 50 foot right of way running parallel along the easterly side
of the premises to North Road, for the exclusive use of owners of Lot #2 and
Lot #3 and ownersof premises : 4400 Old North Road, Southold, New York only.
Said premises being known as Lot No. 2 on a certain minor subdivision plat
dated January 27, 1975, and signed by John Wickham, Chairman of the Planning
Board, on March 12, 1975.
BEING ANDINTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to the Grantors herein
by deed dated June 9, 1978, and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk
on June 13, 1978, in Liber 8444, page 148.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and toany streets and
j roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETH ER with the appurtenances
i and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assign, of
` the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
