also being distant 342.08 feet easterly as measured along the
northerly side of Central Avenue from the corner formed by the
intersection of the easterly side of Carpenter Street with the
northerly side of Central Avenue; running thence along last mentioned
land North 14° 10' 00" West 125.61 feet to the southerly line of land
now or formerly of Parks; running thence along land last mentioned
North 73° 55' 00" East 43.46 feet to land of Walker; running thence
along land last mentioned South 15° 00' East 127.00 feet to a point in
the northerly line of Central Avenue; running thence by and with the
northerly line of Central Avenue South 75° 44' 20" West 45.29 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated January 2, 2014 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 14, 2014 in Liber 12760

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
