TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Pleasant Place distant 98.88 feet easterly from
the extreme easterly side end of the arc connecting the easterly side of Longview Lane with the
southerly side of Pleasant Place;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly side of Pleasant Place south 66 degrees 22 minutes 10
seconds East 120 feet;
THENCE south 23 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds west 150 feet;
THENCE north 66 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds west 120 feet;
THENCE north 23 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds east 150 feet to the southerly side of Pleasant
