Marques,residing at 64 Teddy Court,Ronkonkoma,NY 11779,and Gregg Konarski,residing at 425 Skunk
Lane,Cutchogue,NY 11935,each as to an undivided thirty-three and one-third(33 1/3%)percent interest
therein,as joint tenants with right of survivorship as remainder beneficiaries,and Dorothy M. Konarski,
residing at 37700 Main Road,Cutchogue,NY,as life tenant, parties of the first part,

Michael A. Konarski,residing at 1015 Village Lane,Mattituck,NY 11952;Suzanne Elizabeth Marques,

Cutchogue,NY 11935,each as to an undivided twenty-five(25%)percent interest therein,as joint tenants
with right of survivorship as remainder beneficiaries, and Suzanne Elizabeth Marques as Trustee of The
Yvonne Michelle Konarski Sabat Supplemental Needs Trust u/a/d July 12,2016,as to a twenty-five(25%)
percent interest therein, parties of the second part,
reserving to Dorothy M. Konarski, residing at 37700 Main Road, Cutchogue, NY, a life estate in the
premises,
The Grantors herein reserve a life estate in the premises for Dorothy M. Konarski, and further reserve the
power to appoint, in whole or in part, the property conveyed hereunder to or for the benefit of anyone or
more of the persons with the exception of Dorothy M.Konarski, Dorothy M. Konarski's estate,creditors of
Dmt.: Dorothy M. Konarski or creditors of Dorothy M. Konarski's estate in such proportions, outright or upon
1000 such trusts, terms and conditions as Dorothy M. Konarski may specify by her last Will or Codicil making
sec,; specific reference hereto. Failure to record notice of any such exercise of this power in the Suffolk County
085.0o Clerk's Office within sixty (60) days of Dorothy M. Konarski's death shall be conclusively treated as a
default in the exercise of power. A release of the power reserved hereunder, in whole or in part, shall be
0300 effective when recorded with the Suffolk County Clerk's Office. Any exercise or release of the foregoing
power may be made by Dorothy M.Konarski's attorney-in-fact,acting under a durable power of attorney.

consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, in all that certain
piece or parcel of real property, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold.
See Schedule "A" annexed hereto and made part hereof. Said premises known as 37700 Main Road,
Cutchogue,New York 11935.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by Deed
dated July 12, 2016 and recorded on 7tJly 97 , 2016 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in
Liber 105313 al Page 00
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises;
To have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold.ahe right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose.
