This conveyance is subject to a first mortgage (Liber 7902 gage 283)
( held by Shirley K. Manley in the amount of $20,000.00 now reduced to
$13,000.00 plus interest from October 20, 1980, and' the parties of the
second part hereby assume and agree to pay the unpaid balance of the
principal sum of said mortgage and interest and to hereby severally
indemnify the party of the first part from any claim for sane. The
1parties of the second part have executed and acknowledged this instru-
ment for the sole purpose of evidencing their assumption of and agree-
ment to pay the unpaid principal and interest on said mortcage.
