Betty ev le, Secretary
Southold Town Board of Appeals
After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the
applicant requests permission for approval of access over priv ate
right-of-way in accordance with the State of New York Town Law,
Section 280A. The applicant is the owner of a tract of land about
3h to 4 acres which she proposes to subdivide sometime in the
future. Approval of access must be secured, when required, before
a subdivision application can be filed. This approval of access
is granted for private right--of--way as set forth on survey dated
April 29, 1970. Approval is granted subject to the approval of
the Building Inspector in regard to the actual construction and
surfacing of the right-ofo-way.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance
would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardships
the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all
