This application must be filled in by typewriter OR ink and submitted to the building inspector with the following: for new building or new use: 1. Final survey ofpropertywith accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final Approval from Health Dept, of water supply and sewerage-disposal(S-9 form). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains less than 2/10 of 1% lead. 5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code Compliance from architect or engineer responsible for the building. 6. Submit Planning Board Approval of c6mpleted site plan requirements. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 9, 1957) non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, building and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. A properly completed application and a consent to inspect signed by the applicant. SPECIAL EXCEPTION. By resolution of the Board it was determined that a special exception ( . ) be granted ( ) be denied pursuant to Article .................... (E.D.S.T.), upon application of Katheryn K. VARIANCE. SEE REVERSE FORM ZB4 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS 6O Betty ev le, Secretary Southold Town Board of Appeals After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant requests permission for approval of access over priv ate right-of-way in accordance with the State of New York Town Law, Section 280A. The applicant is the owner of a tract of land about 3h to 4 acres which she proposes to subdivide sometime in the future. Approval of access must be secured, when required, before a subdivision application can be filed. This approval of access is granted for private right--of--way as set forth on survey dated April 29, 1970. Approval is granted subject to the approval of the Building Inspector in regard to the actual construction and surfacing of the right-ofo-way. The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardships the hardship created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use districts and the variance will not change the character of the neighborhood and will observe the spirit of the Ordinance.
