Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildi,ng~ and ]nstall~ tions, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the buildinc. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of compieted site plan requirements where applicable. B.
