WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars.and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns:of the party of the second part forever,

State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:

northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Campbell and the
southeasterly corner of the premises herein described;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Campbell, South
60 degrees 11 minutes West 446.37 feet to the easterly lisle of lot
20, shown on "Map of Greenfields at Southold", filed .in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office as Map #6313;
THENCE along said lot 20; and along lots 19, 18 and 17, shown on

RESERVING to the party of the first part the use and occupancy
