DECEMBER 6, 2016:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and directs
Supervisor Scott A. Russell to execute a Letter of Agreement between the Town of Southold and
Optimum Voice from Cablevision for the installation of a wireless system at Downs Farm
located at 23800 Route 25, Cutchogue, subject to the approval of the Town Attorney.
