WITNESSETH, that the party of the first,part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration

BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly boundary of land formerly

northeasterly boundary line from a concrete monument set on the south-
easterly line of a certain 50 foot private road, now Robinson Road,
said concrete monument being also at the northwesterly corner of said
land formerly of C.D. Baker (now of Boyd) ; running thence along said
land of Boyd, North 666 57 ' 10" West 270. 00 feet to a point marked by
a concrete monument and the easterly line of said 50 private road;
running thence in a northeasterly and easterly direction along the
easterly and southerly line of the aforesaid private road the follow-
ing four (4). courses and distances:
(1) North 46* 55' 50" East 49.80 feet;
(2) Easterly on a curve to the right having a radius of 127.00 feet
a distance of 115.67 feet;
(3) South 800 54 ' 20" East 120.75 feet;
(4) Easterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 177 . 00 feet
a distance of 27 .41 feet;
running thence along land now or formerly of Margaret Babcock, two (2)
courses, as follows:
(1) South 0° 13' 20" West 54 .43 feet; and
(2) South 231 02 ' 50" West 105.00 feet to the point or place of
beginning. '
