Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not an approval from any other agency. The permit number in reference is#8913, dated November 16, 2016 which included new bulkhead installation. The permit drawings have been changed to reflect the as-built location of the floating dock. The original floating dock and ramp were to remain in their original location but during construction it was determined they needed to be relocated as shown. A 4' x 6' platform was added, a new 3' wide x 14' long aluminum ramp was added and the existing 6' x 400' floating dock was relocated closer to the bulkhead as shown.
