The respective interests of the parties of the second part hereto

(a) Louis F. Baker an undivided two-thirds interest;
(b) Bertha L. Bell Zan.undivided one-third interest.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the firstpart of,in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described remises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER-with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death m* said premises, and also
