lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set at the intersection of the easterly line of
5 Main Bayview Road with the northerly line of "Clearview Avenue West" as
shown on a map entitled "Map of Fairview Park at Southold, Section One,
filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk, August 9, 1961, as Map N(o,
3388; from said point of beginning running along the easterly line of Main Bay-
view Road, north 18 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds east a distance of 117. 92
feet to band of Henry N. Cordes; thence along the last described land south 70
degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 190. 0 feet; thence along
land now or formerly of Southold Development Corporation, Southold Long
7aoo Island, New York, South 18 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance
of 105. 31 feet to the northerly line of said "Clearview Avenue West"; thence
along the last described line North 73 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds West
a distance of 190. 19 feet to the point or place of beginning,
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Claire Labita,
the seller herein, by deed dated December 4, 1978 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 15, 1978 in Liber 8550 of Deeds
at Page 450.
UCU6J The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by
-_� Richard Labita and Claire Labita as mortgagor to Southold Savings Bank as
mortgagee, which mortgage is dated July 29, 1977, and was recorded on
August 4, 1977 in the Office of the Clerk of the County.of Suffolk, in Liber
7955 of mortgages, at page 559, which said mortgage was extended by an
extension agreement dated October 18, 1977 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on October 25, 1977 in Liber 8026 of Mortgages at
Page 589, and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of $30, 145. 53
with interest thereon at the rate of 8 1/2 percent per annum from December
18, 1979, and that the grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such
mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
