That she is a co-partner of Moebius Associates, the owner of a parcel of land located on the south side of East Road, Cutchogue, New York (Suffolk County Tax Map No. 1000-110- 7-18). Moebius Associates is a co-partnership consisting of the four grandchildren of Kurt Moebius who died a resident of Suffolk County on April 4, 1932. Kurt Moebius'held title to this three acre parcel of land on Peconic Bay by deed dated March 24, 1909, and the premises have been in the family since that date. 2. On November 29, 1982, Moebius Associates was granted permission by the Southold Town Planning Board to divide the property into three (3) parcels. A copy of the subdivision map is attached hereto as Exhibit A. 3. Lot No. 1 on the above-mentioned subdivision is vacant land with a small garage located on it. Lot No. 2 contains a house which has been used continuously as a residence since 1949. Also located on Lot No. 2 are a small barn and shed. All of the buildings on this lot are in good condition and have been con- structed prior to 1957. Lot No. 3 contains a house which has been continuously used as a residence since 1910 as well as a beach house. All the buildings on this lot are in good condition and have been constructed prior to 1957. 4. This application is made for the purpose of obtaining a pre-existing certificate of occupancyfor Lots No. 2 and 3 and a vacant land certificate of occupancy for Lot No. 1 from the Building Department of the Town of Southold.
