particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point ori the Northeasterly side sof Bay Snore Road A,here the name is interacted by the
division line between sots 33 and 34 on the aforesaid neap;
RUNNING thence from said point or place or beginning along the Northeasterly side of Bay Shore Road,
North 44 degrees']2' 40"West 50.0 foot to the division line between Lots 32 and 33;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line,North_ 45 degrees 47' 20" East 317.0 feet to the moon
high watermark of the Peconic Bay;
THENCE along the moon high water mark of Peconic Bay along a tie line, South 56 degrees 37' 0"East

The premises herein conveyed are not subject to an outstanding credit line mortgage.
The Grantors herein are the same persons as the Grantees in a certain deed dated October 31,
1988 and recorded in Liber 10728,Page 317,on November 3, 1988.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premise to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE
AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the first party of the first part in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive
such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the
total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party" shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
