BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the westerly end of the northerly line of a 50 foot strip
of land owned by the party of the first part adjoining land of Osgood;said monument being about
400 feet westerly from the westerly line of Rocky Point Road;
RUNNING THENCE to the other land of the party of the first part,four(4)courses and distances:
