and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 26, 1961 as Map No. 3444, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Plum Island Lane distant 478.52 feet Easterly as measured along the
same from the corner formed by the intersection of the Easterly side of Ryder Farm Lane with the Northerly side of Plum
Island Lane, said point being also at the division line between Lots 98 and 99 on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 15 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds West 136 feet to the division line
