THIS INDENTURE, made the day of November, in the
year nineteen hundred and forty-five ,between

TOGS with all the right, title and interest of the seller,
of, in and to the road in front of said premises to the center line
thereof.

much of lots-twenty-seven (27) and twenty-eight (28) on ITIop of
