We would need a building permit application and c/o application which I have attached the forms. We would need the specs for the boiler and hot water heater,maybe you have an old brochure giving you the information or maybe there is something on the mechanicals with the information needed. Also for the kitchen alteration,you would need to have an architect or engineer draw up plans of the work that has been done. We need 4 sets of stamped plans with the application. The architect or engineer may have to certify the work since it was done without a permit and there weren't any inspections done. Also Mike would like a letter about the bathroom just stating that only tile work and new fixtures were done. Plus the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors if you haven't already installed them. I think that should be it. Ifyou have any further questions don't hesitate to call or email me.
