WITNESSETH, that the parry of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road
DISTRICT at the northwesterly corner of the premises hereinafter
1000 described and the northeasterly corner of a certain 12 foot
right of way, said point being 141.27 feet westerly along said
SECTION southerly line of Main Road from its intersection with the
062. 00 westerly line of Hobart Road; and from said point or
beginning;
BLOCK RUNNING THENCE along the southerly line of Main Road
03.00 North 76 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds East, 70 feet to land
now or formerly of Mullen;
LOT THENCE along said land, South 16 degrees 08 minutes East
001. 000 108 feet;
THENCE South 76 degrees 46 minutes 30 seconds West 70.05
feet to the easterly line of the said 12 foot right of way;
THENCE along the same North 16 degrees 06 minutes 30
seconds West 108 feet to the southerly line of Main Road at
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
the grantor herein by Deed dated April 19, 1984 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on May 14, 1986 in Liber
9562, page 336.
TOGETHER with whatever right title and interest of the party of the first
part in Right of Way set forth in Liber 755aat page 349 as recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the fust part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the anter lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the fust pan in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
I the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied fust for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
