by deed dated April 22, 1974 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
May 1, 1974 in Liber 7629 of Deeds at page 168.
TOGETHER with a- right of way 50 feet in width over said private road, in
common with others, from the southwesterly corner of the above described premises
northerly 291 feet, more or less to said County Route 48.
