Milovich and wife Occupied, owner Upon request of the Southold Town Building Department I made inspection of this two story, one family, framed dwelling and found the following violations of Local Law #1 Housing Code of the Town of Southold. I was admitted to the south side entrance by Mrs. Milovich and began inspection at approximately 1:15 p.m. FIRST FLOOR Kitchen: Gas range and oven, separate built-in units - no shut off valve at units - Section 508b. SECOND FLOOR Ceiling height, six feet ten inches - violating the Building Zone Ordinance, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Article I. Section 101 (Floor Area Livable) Bedroom - southwest - ceiling fixture loose. .5�_cG =8 b. Cellar - Partially finished with recreation room, utility section, three open junction boxes, Section 528a. Partially open well pit requires full coven - Section 107. I was accompanied by Mrs.Milovich during inspection and pointed out these violations to her. This residence is heated and contains four rooms and half bath on first floor, three bedrooms and full bathroom on second floor. An enclosed porch surrounds the west and part of south side of building covering the former outside entrance to cellar. There is a one car garage with attached accessory addition and a fenced in -ground swimming pool in rear yard. Exterior of residence, accessory building and yard area well maintained. This application must be filled in typewriter OR ink, and submitted in triplicate to the Building Inspector with the following; for new buildings or new use: 1. Final survey of property with accurate location of all buildings, property lines, streets, and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Final approval of Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage dispcsal—(S-9 form or equal). 3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters. 4. Commercial buildings, Industrial buildings, Multiple Residences and similar buildings and installations, a certificate of Code compliance from the Architect or Engineer responsible for the building. 5. Submit Planning Board approval of completed site plan requirements where applicable. B. For existing buildings (prior to April 1957), Non -conforming uses, or buildings and "pre-existing" land uses: 1. Accurate survey of property showing all property lines, streets, buildings and unusual natural or topographic features. 2. Sworn statement of owner or previous owner as to use, occupancy and condition of buildings. 3. Date of any housing code or safety inspection of buildings or premises, or other pertinent in- formation required to prepare a certificate. C. Fees: 1. Certificate of occupancy $5.00 2.
