do as hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second part, bar

of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
On the South 60 feet by Middle Road; on the West by land now or
formerly of the William Wickham Estate; on the North 60 feet by land
now or formerly of the William Wickham Estate; and on the East by
other land of the party of the first part. The East and West lines
being parallel and distant from each other 60 feet throughout.
The said premises being and intended to be the Westerly 60feet of
the premises conveyed to James Jones by DeForest Horton, by deed dated
July 3, 1944, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk in Liber 2369 of Deeds, page 596, on the 5th day of July, 1944
Together with all the right, title end interest of the party of
