do eshereby jrant and release unto the part ies of the second part,
their heirs and aeaijns forever, all that parcel of land, with the
Improvements thereon, situate at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk
County, New York, being a portion of Lot #5 on a certain map of
Clara W. Reeve, made by D. R. Young, Surveyor, March 1922 and filed
in Suffolk County Clerks office December 4, 1922, as Map #212
and being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a monument set at the point formed by the inter-
section of the westerly line or side of Lovers Lane and the southerly
side of a private road sometimes called Hazard Road, and being the
northeasterly corner of said lot #5, and running thence southerly
along the westerly line of Lovers Lane, 60 feet to a monument set
at the southeasterly corner of said lot #5 and lands of Dayton;
running thence westerly along the southerly line of said lot #5
and along said lands of Dayton, 115 feet to a monument and other
lands of Vine; running thence northerly on a line at right angles
to the southerly lire of lot #5, 60 feet to a monument set in the
northerly line of said lot #5; running thence easterly along the
southerly line of said private road first mentioned 115 feet to the
