Railroad Company; East by Marys Road; South by Rill Street and west
by Wickham Avenue.
Excepting therefrom however the lands conveyed ty the first
parties to Joseph S. Niiska and Stephen Hgmilton try deed dated
and recorded in Suffolk County Clerkrs office on
