and designated as Lot No. 22 on map entitled , "Map of Nunnakoma
Waters at Southold, New York", and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 9, 1968 as Map No. 5126,
which said map is bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Wampum Way at
the division line between lot 22 and lot 21 as shown on said
aforementioned map;
Running thence along the westerly side of Wampum Way, 'South,
10 deg 41 ' 00" East , 213. 14 feet to a monument ; Running thence
southwesterly, then northwesterly along the arc of a curve that
connects the westerly side of Wampum Way and the easterly side
of Tepee Trail, said arc of a curve has a radius of 36.86 feet,
a distance of 105.65 feet;
Running thence along the easterly side of Tepee Trail, North
26 deg. 27 '50" West , 195.08 feet to the division line between
lot 22 and lot 21 ;
Running thence along said division line, North 62 deg. 32'
10" East , 130.29 feet to the westerly side of Wampum Way and the
point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the right of use of the streets, private beach and
boat basin as set forth on the map hereinabove indicated and
` together with an easement for ingress and egress over such
'l streets, private beach and boat basin and the right to use of
same for reacreational purposes subject to the rules and
regulations of Nunnakoma Waters Association, Inc.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions , easements, reservations and
agreements of record.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated December 2, 1985 and recorded
January 17, 1986 in Liber 9958 page 394.
