Parcel 1: Beginning at the southwest corner thereof at a stake set at
the point of intersection of the northerly side of Mill Road with the
easterly side of Luther Roed; running thence along the easterly side of
Luther Road Na 70 30' W. 267.2 feet to a stake and running still along
the easterly side of said Road N. 260 W. 150 feet to a stake set in the
southerly line of land now or formerly of Otis Cox; thence running along
