Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows; Beginning)
at a point on the westerly side of Westphalia Road, which is the '
southeasterly corner of the land hereinafter described and the north-
easterly corner of land of Walter L. Robinson, running thence wester-
ly along the dividing line between land of the said Walter L. Robin-
son and the premises herein described about sixteen rods to land now
or formerly of George H. Horton; running thence northerly along land
of said George H. Horton about five rods to land of E. B. Jones;
running thence easterly along the southerly line of land of said E.P.
Sones about sixteen rods to the westerly side of Westphalia Road; I
thence southerly along the westerly side of Westphalia Road about five!
rods to the point or place of beginning.
