THIS INDENTURE, made the 28th day of Oetober 1944,
Between IOLA L. BERGEN, widow of George I. Bergen,
deceased, residing at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York,
ROBERT L. BERGEN, residing at Nattituck, Suffolk County,
New York, ADRIANA 1. VAIL, formerly Adriana N1. Bergen,
residing at Orient, Suffolk County, New York, ALICE L.
STRICKLxND, formerly Alice L. Bergen, residing at 102-19
164th Drive, Howard Beach, New York, LILLIAN V. BERGEN,
residing at Lattituck, Suffolk County, New York, children of
George I. Bergen, deceased, and IJARIAN ELIZ&SETH BERGEN,
widow of George Arthur Bergen, a deceased eon of George I.
Bergen, residing at Riverhead, Suffolk County, New York,
parties of the first part,
MARTIN SIDOB, residing at kiddle Road, Mattltuc ,
Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in
consideration of

($866.67) lawful money of the United States, paid by the
party of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
all the right, title and interest of the parties of the
first part of, in and to all that certain tract or parcel of
land located at Lattituck, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, and State of New York, and bounded and described
as follows: northerly by land of P. R. Tuthill, easterly by
land of S. Deergoski, southerly by the Middle Road, and -
westerly by other land of Martin Sidor, containing by
approximation two acres, be the same more or less. -
