The minimum setbacks are as follows: (a) Residence—one hundred (100) feet from the wetland boundary (b) Driveway—fifty(50)feet (c) Sanitary,leaching pool (cesspool)—one hundred(100) feet (d) Septic tank—seventy five(75) feet The Board of Trustees on their site inspection of November 15, 2004 determined that the wetlands would make you unable to construct with these setbacks. Her death was in Maryland but we paid death taxes to New York.
