Wagner Circle Sinking Spring, PA 19608 RE: WETLAND PERMIT#372, AS ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 9, '1987 ISSUED TO SARAH RAUCH & ELAINE NESIN FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 860 GULL POND LANE, GREENPORT Dear Mr. Nesin: After a thorough search of Southold Town records this office believes that the address associated with Wetlands Permit#372 may have been in error and should have been for work that appears to have been conducted at 875 Gull Pond Lane, Greenport. Further clarification to unambiguously eliminate all uncertainty can only be attained upon submission of a new application for a Wetland Permit to this office for consideration by the entire Board of Town Trustees. As the existing use of the property is single family residential, all prevailing allowed non-commercial uses for the dock under Southold Town zoning may continue while the structure is functional. However, any extensive repair or replacement of the dock contemplated by you or any future owner may not take place without a Wetland_ Permit issued to the exacting address.
