Beginning at the intersection of the westerly side of Lovers Lane
with the northerly line of a private road known as Hazard Road, running
thence in a generally westerly direction to, along and including a
retaining wall a distance of 112.6 feet more or less to the boundary
line between Lot Nos. 6 and 7 on said map; thence running in a generally
northerly direction along and including a retaining wall a distance of
90 feet; thence running in a generally easterly direction and parallel
with the first above described line to the westerly side of Lovers Lane;
