Last Cili and Testament of Harriet 'Pike, neceased, a national
banking corporation with principal office at Mattituck, Southold'
Town, Suffolk Count,, New vork, first party and JOE MICHALECHO,
and JOSePH1Ne kI ChnLcC KO, his wife,
residing, at the same place, second party, witnesseth that
i".HER EAS by so order of Hon. Richard C. Hawkins, Surrogate of
Suffolk County, dated April 14, 1944, duly entered, in a proceeding
entitled "Ir, the Matter of the Application of Mattttuck National
Bank and Trust Company, as Executor under the Last Will of Harriet
Pike, deceased, for an Order to Sell the Real Property of said
Decedent for the Purpose of Distribution", the first party was
ordered and directed to convey the premises hereby described for
the payment and distribution of their respective shares in said
premises to the parties entitled thereto, to the second party
upon his complying with the terms and conditions of sale.
Now said first party, by virtue of the power and authority given
it in and by said order, and in consideration of the sum of $2650.00
lawful money of the United States paid by the second party, doth
hereby grant and release unto the second party, his heirs and
assigns i'oreve4 all that parcel of land situate at Mattituck,
Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as
follows;
COMNENCING at a point on the easterly side or line of Red
Bridge Road, which is also known as the road to Old Mill,
where a concrete monument is sct and which point is the north-
westerly corner of lends now or formerly of Sutter, and which
point is 110.3 feet northerly of a highway monument set in
the easterly line of said Red Bridge Road, as measured along
the easterly side of Red Bridge Road; running thence N. 90
51' W. by and along the easterly line of Red Bridge Road,
166.95 feet to a highway monument; thence running N. 90 49,
W. by and along the easterly line of Red Bridge Road, 133.05
feet to a concrete monument; running thence N. 590 05T E, by
and along other lends of the parties of the first parts
497.7 feet to a concrete monument and lands of Peter Nartoro-
wicz; running thence S. 100 291 E. by and along lands of
Peter Nartorowicz, 300 feet to a granite monument and lands
now or formerly of Armbrust; running thence S. 56C 45T Vl.
