ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point along the northerly side of Oregon Road where the sane
is intersected by the easterly line of land to be herein described, said point
being also 525 feet more or less westerly along the northerly side of Oregon
Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly line of Oregon
Road and the westerly side of Duck Pond Road to the true point or place of
BEGINNING;
RUNNING THENCE South 53 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds West along the
northerly side of Oregon Road, 70.33 feet to a point at the southeast corner of
land now or formerly of Alex Domaleski and Stella Domaleski;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly and northerly lines of above said land
