01.00-033.000;and 1000-083.00-01.00-034.000.
The Southold Town Planning Board approved this Lot Line Modification by Resolution on March 8",2016.

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point along the northerly line of land now or formerly of John
C. Biggane and Margaret G. Biggane, where the same is intersected by the
easterly line of land to be herein described, said point being the following five
(5) courses and distances from the corner formed by the intersection of the
northerly side of Oregon Road and the westerly side of Duck Pond Road:
(1) 525 feet more or less westerly along the northerly line of Oregon Road
to a point at the southwest corner of land now or formerly of Duck Pond Road
Associates, Inc.,
(2) North 37 degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds West along the westerly line
of above said land, 479.75 feet to a point;
