ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 6 on a

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North Bayview Road at the extreme
southwesterly end of a curve connecting the westerly side of Red Fawn Road with the
