BEGINNING at a point on the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Highwood Road and the
southerly side of North Bayview Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 75 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds East along said southerly side of North
Bayview Road,132.06 feet;
THENCE South 25 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds West, 198.42 feet;
THENCE North 66 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West 124.85 feet to the easterly side of Highwood Road;
THENCE North 23 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East along said easterly side Highwood Road, 177.74 feet
to the comer at point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party to the first part by deed recorded
in Liber 12484 pg.467.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement before using any part
of the total of the same for any other purpose.
