Transfer of the 1/8 tenancy in common of the late Mary Grace Winston,aka Mary Grace Dougherty,
who was the sibling of the transferees. Before the transfer,these transferres already owned a total
of 318 tenancies in common in the property. The tax bills for all owners of this property(including
the transferrees)are currently being sent to the address of Mr.Michael Bender(another co-owner)
and it is requested that this continue after the transfer.
