and valuable consideration paid by the part y of the second part,
do as hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second part,
her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain lot, piece or
parcel of lana situate in the Village of Mattituck, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as
follows:-
North by Pike Street; East by land of Prank C. Barker; South by land
of William H. Reeve, and West by land of Jacob A. Brown, containing
by estimation about one quarter (9) of an acre, being part of the III
premises conveyed by William H. Reeve and wife to Raward V. Knipe by
deed dated January 26, 1894, and recorded January 23, 1899, in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 475 of Deeds at page 433. Also
being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by dead by Sophiei
T. Saundera to Ruth E. pleischhsuer dated May 20, 1944 and recorded
May 23, 1944 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 2307 of
Deeds at page 333.
