¢,.'. THIS INDENTURE made this 20th day of April, 1944, between
MATTITUCK NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Executor under the
Last Will and Testament of Harriet Pike, Deceased, a national
banking corporation with principal office at Mattituck, Southold
Town, Suffolk County, New York, first party and OTTO L. ANRIO,
residing at the same place, second party, witnesseth that
WHEREAS by an order of Hon. Richard W. Hawkins, Surrogate of
Suffolk County, dated April 14, 1944, duly entered, in a proceeding
entitled "In the Matter of the Application of Mattituck National
Bank and Trust Company, as Executor under the Last Will of Harriet
Pike, deceased, for an Order to Sell the Real Property of said
Decedent for the Purpose of Distributions, the first party was
ordered and directed to convey the premises hereby described for
the payment and distribution of their respective shares in said
premises to the parties entitled thereto, to the second party
upon his complying with the terms and conditions of sale.
Nov, said first party, by virtue of the power and authority given
It In and by said order, and In consideration of the sum of $1500.00
lawful money of the United States paid by the second party, doth
hereby grant and release unto the second party, his heirs and
assigns forever, all that parcel of land situate at Mattituck,
Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as
follows;
ALL that piece, parcel or tract of woodland situated
in School District No. 14 on the West side of Long Creek
bounded on the North and on the East by land of Patrick Drum;
on the South by Long Creek and on the West by lend of
Frederick Edelman and land formerly of the Estate of Perry
Robinson consisting of twelve (12) acres be the saris more
or less.
