NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby sets November 22,
2016 at 9:00 AM. at the Southold Town Meeting Hall, 53095 Main Road,Southold, New York as the
time and place for a public hearing upon the Coastal Erosion Hazard Board of Review Appeal of the
Harrington Family Limited Partnership,which seeks relief from Section 111-6 and 111-13(5)of the Town,
Code to re-construct an existing dock in-kind within a nearshore area in a Coastal Erosion Hazard Area
located on property on parcel SCTM#1000-2-1-12.2 off Private Road along the west shore of Clay
Point,West Harbor, Fishers Island Sound, Fishers Island, New York 06390,and directs the Town Clerk to
publish notice in such appeal in the Suffolk Times newspaper not less than ten (10)days nor more than
thirty(30)days prior to such hearing and to notify the applicant by first class mail.
