as Map #212, which part of said lot is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:

with the northerly line of a private road known as Hazard Road,running
thence in a generally westerly direction to, along and including a
retaining wall a distance of 112.6 Peet more or less to the boundary
line between Lot Nos. 6 and 7 on slid map; thence running in a generallq
