Street runoff is not a contributing factor due to the crown in the driveway apron. While I was on site I had the contractor divert the roof water runoff off the driveway towards the rear of the house. This significantly reduced the runoff volume. In my professional opinion, the remaining runoff from the crest of the driveway will be absorbed once the recently planted landscaping is established and mulch is added on top of the soil, thereby minimizing any future erosion.
