Lot 33 as said northerly line of Lot 33 is shown on a certain survey
by Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y. ,
dated October 17, 1963;
RUNNING THENCE North 71 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds East a distance
of 159. 69 feet to lands formerly of Mary Isabelle Buckley;
RUNNING THENCE South 18 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds East along said
last mentioned land a distance of 109. 47 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 73 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds West a distance

RUNNING THENCE North 14 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds West along the
easterly side of Cottage Place a distance of 104 . 60 feet to the point
