Permission is granted to remove said nine trees flagged and photographed. r. ; Permission is also granted to replace the vandalized tree. A variety of Eastern Red Cedar is suggested. Domino: Roard of Trustees Thank you for meeting with Ed Coakley in the Harbor Lights Park. I understand that you and Ed examined the beach area where one of our trees was vandalized; basically cut down by someone whose identity is currently unknown to us. If the Trustees request, as you mentioned, that we replace the vandalized tree in a location close to the original tree, we certainly will comply. While there you reviewed the location of nine trees in our park which are dead-and in need of removal. It is my understanding that you concur with removal-of the trees so marked. Enclosed are some photos of the trees marked for removal,and one of the park area. I Would you please present our request for the removal of nine dead trees to the Trustees at your earliest convenience and advise us of the Trustees,decision.
