2016 and found that the proposed activity is non-jurisdictional under Chapter 275 Wetlands as the activity is minor in
nature occurring wholly in an area of a maintained hedge, roadway and lawn.

Dear Mr. Bredemeyer:
Enclosed you will find a plan showing the areas that I will be removing the existing
hedge of Eastern Red Cedars on the above referenced property. I will be replacing
the area with native plantings and ornamental grasses.
As per our discussion it is understood that the planting work to be done on this
property does not need a permit from the Board of Trustees.
