In connection with an application for a pre-existing Certificate of
Occupancy for a single-family dwelling and garage at 2695 Windshield Drive on Fishers
Island, I have enclosed the following:
1. Completed Application for Certificate of Occupancy, signed by me.
2. Consent to Inspection, signed by David Harrington, a member of
EDE Island Partners, LLC, the general partner of the owner, The Harrington Family
Limited Partnership.
3. Survey of the premises prepared by CME Associates Engineering,
Land Surveying & Architecture, PLLC, dated August 3, 2016.
4. My check to the Town of Southold in the amount of the $100
application fee.
